vseobecne je odporucane pridat k sirke sedacich kosti cca. 20 mm v pripade sportovejsieho posedu, a kludne 25-30 mm v pripade vzpriamenejsieho posedu - ale samozrejme pri sedlach je to vzdy individualne, kazdy ma ine preferencie, prip. iny priehyb a tvar sedacich kosti a pod.
